Blue Print Design

A good blueprint design lies at the basis of every successful implementation.

Prior to an implementation, a blueprint provides a complete description of e.g. the processes, authorisations (user roles) and configuration according to four 'Views'.

In our opinion, your organisation's business objectives always form the starting point of successful blueprint design. Without a blueprint design based on business objectives, organisations often do not have control over the implementation and are faced with high costs for delayed implementations and an unsatisfactory end result afterwards. MaxGrip knows the pitfalls of over-automation, deviating too far from the standard and incomplete recording of processes.

In designing the blueprint, MaxGrip takes into account the possibilities and shortcomings of the Asset Performance Management Software, legislation, desired information (need for reporting) and organisational structure (fit-gap analysis). MaxGrip's own user experience and good cooperation with software providers gives it a considerable advantage over other parties. In the description of the blueprint MaxGrip establishes the link with the various functions and working procedures within your organisation and the impact of new or changed processes.

MaxGrip is experienced in the development and rollout of blueprints ranging from those on a relatively limited scale to global multi-site implementations.

Hans Franck Hans Frank (Senior APM Consultant): "The Asset Performance
Management Software must be adapted to your organisation
rather than the other way round. This can only be achieved by
carefully considering the design of the blueprint beforehand.
Thanks to our cooperation with software providers, we have the expertise in house that our clients expect from us."
