History
MaxGrip (formerly Baas & Roost Maintenance) was founded in 1997. From the very beginning, our focus has always been on the working procedures of the maintenance and reliability engineer. While our specialisation has remained unchanged, our client base has grown. Now maintenance and reliability has expanded to include the entire organisation around Asset Performance Management.
Today, our company employs over 60 people. We serve many different clients in a wide variety of markets, including international clients far beyond the Netherlands.
In 2000, MaxGrip decided to become one of the founders of Optimizer+, the software tool for the development, optimisation and management of maintenance concepts. The strategic value of Optimizer+ for MaxGrip led to MaxGrip taking over the owner and developer of Optimizer+ in 2007. Optimizer+ thereby became a 100% subsidiary of MaxGrip.
We are full of ideas on how to further improve the services we provide. For example, in June 2010 we introduced Calibro Interim Management, and in recent years we have expanded and specialised our services with IT consultants. MaxGrip's services side now comprises Maintenance & Reliability Services and IT Services.
We are proud of what we have achieved for our clients over the years. We have saved them money and lowered risks; in short we have earned our clients money with the right perspective on Asset Performance Management!
